Western Front & Normandy: 5-Day Tour

Journey across two world wars during an unforgettable five-day battlefield tour through France and Belgium.

Beginning in the historic city of Arras, the first two days follow the Canadians across the Western Front. Explore the preserved trenches and tunnels of Vimy Ridge, visit the battlefields of Hill 70 and Canada's Hundred Days, and travel into Belgium to walk the ground at Ypres and Passchendaele. The Western Front portion concludes beneath the Menin Gate with the moving nightly Last Post Ceremony.

The journey then continues through Normandy to Bayeux. Cross Pegasus Bridge, follow the American airborne divisions through the fields and villages behind Utah Beach, and explore Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach and the Normandy American Cemetery.

Combining Canada's most important First World War battlefields with the celebrated D-Day sites of Normandy, this tour is ideal for travellers seeking a comprehensive introduction to the two defining conflicts of the twentieth century.
